workshop

Making, maintaining and mending our own homes is part of what makes us human. It is a skill that was alive and well until just two or three generations ago. Harrison Gardner is a man on a mission to help us rediscover the lost art of building our own home while treading more lightly on the planet in the process.

This workshop, facilitated by Common Knowledge teachers, will explore the ideas, concepts and preconceptions of what home means to us as individuals. Participants will explore design concepts and leave with a clear picture of their priorities when it comes to how their home can serve them.

Ticket price includes a ticket to the event Build Your Own: Use What You Have to Create What You Need' with Harrison Gardner

Common Knowledge is a non-profit social enterprise working to empower people with the skills for a sustainable life.
