Take a walk on the wild side with writer Heather Parry

With Wuthering Heights being widely (re)read, here’s your opportunity to delve into some Gothic texts looking at horror, mystery and haunting landscapes.

You’ll start by exploring excerpts from selected texts, including Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights and Naomi Booth's brilliant contemporary version - raw content.

Via a series of exercises and prompts Heather will then guide you into tapping into your own landscapes, to produce something unique with a strong sense of place that is still inherently gothic.

This Workshop is open to all. You don’t need to have extensive writing experience, just a willingness to get stuck in!

Carrion Crow is a worthy entrant into the contemporary gothic hall of fame . . . I’m not sure the pure rancidness of this book will ever totally leave me. Financial Times
