Aaron Gillies: How To Survive The End of The World

Join Aaron Gillies, comedian, writer and Twitter heavy-weight for an evening of lively discussion on what happens when it feels like the world is ending every single time you wake up.

13% of people in Britain suffer with anxiety. One in four people will battle a mental health problem at some point in their lives. But Aaron is here to help.

How To Survive The End of The World (When It’s In Your Own Head): An Anxiety Survival Guide  tackles anxiety in Aaron’s own unique and darkly comic way. From helping readers identify the enemy, to safeguarding the vulnerable areas of their lives, Aaron examines the impact of anxiety, and gives readers some tools to fight back - whether with medication, therapy, CBT, coping techniques, or simply with a dark sense of humour.

Aaron Gillies is a comedian and writer. He is @TechnicallyRon on Twitter with a huge following, including J.K Rowling, Sharon Horgan and Grayson Perry. He has been featured in and written for The Poke, Buzzfeed, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, amongst many others, and has produced viral content from 'Reasons my wife is crying' to 'a short guide to washing machine symbols' and 'a google autocompleted C V'.

Aaron has written about mental health for many years in various publications.
