Generations on the Same Page

What happens when a group of grandparents and grandchildren start talking about their favourite books, Linking Generations NI create fun activities for them, and Avila Media film their interaction?

On this day of celebrating generations, do something a bit different – bring friends and family to enjoy the première of this short documentary and an informal discussion to teach some old books new tricks, and vice versa – come along and have a listen and a read!

PS: Bring also a book, if you wish - there’ll be a book-swapping table!

Discussion with; Professor. Tess Maginess (Director, Open Learning Programme, Queen’s University Belfast); Michael Avila (Founder AvilaMedia); Vicki Titterington (Director, Linking Generations NI), Sharon Traynor (Communities Officer, Radius Housing), Sylwia McAvoy (Housing Executive), Adrianne Brown (U3A) and Evelyn Hoy (Chief Executive to the Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland).
