Imagined Spaces Workshop Comes to Belfast: Writing Lands, Rivers & Seas

Join writers Gail Low and Kirsty Gunn, co-directors of Imagined Spaces, for a morning of creative reading and writing. In this two hour workshop you will be using images and texts that speak to the poetry of land and water to inscribe your own creative responses in writing and drawing. These can then be shared, feedback received, and published on a dedicated Imagined Spaces site. No experience required in creative writing or design - but we guarantee you will create something beautiful by the end of our time together!

Gail Low and Kirsty Gunn teach and write essays together, and have established The Voyage Out Press, a publishing venture comprising workshops, publications, discussion groups, and conferences all dedicated to exploring and celebrating new forms of critical and imaginative writing. They are published jointly and independently in a range of international journals and magazines.
