Workshop

With burnout and disillusionment on the rise, how do we succeed and feel well at the same time?

Join Clinical Psychologist Ross White for a half-day workshop inspired by his new book, The Tree That Bends, featuring perspective-shifting insights and practical strategies to help you thrive. Through self-reflective exercises and mindfulness practices, this workshop will help you to develop a flexible mind, build self-compassion and thrive through the storms of life.

During the workshop, attendees are welcome to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with.

Professor Ross White is an award-winning Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of adults working in high-performance environments, including elite-level athletes and business executives. He has collaborated with the World Health Organisation and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees on projects to reduce distress experienced by refugees and other populations in the aftermath of humanitarian crises. He is currently Professor of Clinical Psychology at Queen’s University Belfast, and is a director of Strive2Thrive, a clinical psychology consultancy firm that provides interventions and training to help individuals and organisations thrive. Ross is the author of several books including The Tree That Bends: How a flexible mind can help you thrive.
