Every one of us has beliefs and blocks that can prevent us from expressing ourselves fully – and these become the narratives we tell ourselves about who we are and how we show up in the world. But beneath that are often hidden gifts, dreams, heartfelt desires and parts of ourselves we have forgotten.
Through writing we can become the ‘witness’ to the stories we have created, and in doing so open to the possibility of change. This workshop introduces the concepts of writing as therapy.
In a warm, welcoming space, you will begin to look deeply at the story you have created about who you are, and how you show up in the world. You will get in touch with your inner voice through a series of writing exercises and know how you can take what you have learnt and carry on your creative path.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to rediscover authentic living, the ‘artist within,’ and develop a deeper more loving relationship with them-self and the world around them.
