We are on the look out for volunteers to help our busy Customer Services Team with our wide ranging events and festival schedule. Our volunteers are the face of the Belfast Book Festival and we rely on them to offer outstanding customer care to our audiences.
We welcome volunteers from all walks of life and some of the responsibilities carried out by our fantastic volunteers include: welcoming audiences; providing information and answering questions about the festival, The Crescent and its services; showing audiences to their seats; and leading tours.
